Hiperbaric HPP Incubators are testing hub with state-of-the-art high-pressure processing pilot plant equipment that supports food entrepreneurship and value-added food & beverage products.
The new pilot plant is located in Hiperbaric’s sales and after-sales office in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and is equipped with a Hiperbaric 55 capable of processing up to 270 kg per hour. HPP Incubator Shanghai offers food companies the opportunity to conduct full HPP product trials and receive free advice from food science experts.
